The official Danish quality control for and marking requirements, these have fertilizers, is established upon registration to be fulfilled before marketing, on taking samples for declaration control purposes and on publishing of the analytical results annually. In addition there are requirements to the companies, to report amounts sold once a year. This paper gives a detailed reading of the legislation and of the way in which the control is carried out.
